Be Strong

Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.

I have heard this verse before so many times before. But reading it tonight it jumped off the page at me. It became rhema word for me! I guess it has to do with personal trials I am dealing with. However, this verse is so powerful and it brought me a wonderful feeling of comfort that I wanted to share with you!

All too often in life we get so caught up in our situations that we forget what an awesome God we serve! Or at least I do. The devil is too good at distractions, and I have slight ADD tendencies. But, our God is mighty! No matter what we face, when we serve Him, He will go into our battles before us!

The best thing about this verse are the promises with in it! He promises that when we are going through a trial and are becoming weak for it, He will strengthen us! My God says He will reach down when my strength is failing and hold me up with His righteous right hand! What an amazing promise! And if God speaks something it  IS a promise!

This verse comforts me so because I know I am weak. With out God I am nothing. But with Him and through Him I am strong and can do ALL things! He is with us and we don't have to face any thing that this world throws at us alone!

If you are facing adversity right now, please know that God goes before you! Lean on Him and find the only true peace and comfort there is. He only wants good for you. He wants to fight for you. He only needs you to step back, let go,and let Him!

Thank you for reading my devotion today! I know the Lord gave it to me just for you! If you would like to contact me for prayer or any other reason please email me at chassidyhester@gmail.com

May God bless you and thanks again!
