Revelation 19: 11 - 16
I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and wages war. 12 His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself.13 He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. 14 The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean.15 Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.”[a] He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty.16 On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: king of kings and lord of lords.
We win in the end. If you are a Christian and proclaim Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we win. It's an awesome feeling to be reminded of that. Amidst the chaos and the hustle and bustle of this world, in the middle of all the hurt, discouragement, and failures; to be reminded that in the end we win. Sometimes we need to just take a deep breath and remind ourselves of this.
There is a song that comes on the Christian radio here that I love. I really wish I could remember the name or even the exact lyrics. The gist of the song is "Hey, there is a Savior, tell the lost it's going to be ok, your going to be ok, there is a Savior." Sometimes I just feel like screaming that!
Be encouraged, We win. There is a Savior and He loves you. He fights for you. He wants to get close to you. If you have messed up in the past, start over. It's that easy. That's all it takes. Acknowledge it. Talk to God about it. Change. Boom.Boom.Boom. His Grace is enough. His Mercy will pull you through it. We win. Be happy. Knowing the end is enough to give any Christian daily joy. Spread the Good News. Let others know there is a Savior :) Everything is going to be ok.
