You Can Judge A Book By It's Cover

"Beware of false prophets, who come to you dressed as sheep, but inside they are devouring wolves." Matt 7:15 Amp

How can you tell a sheep from a wolf? Actually, it's pretty easy.

"You will fully recognize them by their fruits...." Matt 7:16

"But the fruit of the (Holy) Spirit (the work which His presence within accomplishes) is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness.
Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence)..." Gal 5:22,23 Amp

Wolves behave like wolves and sheep behave like sheep. Why do wolves dress like sheep?

So they can devour the flock.

"Behold, I am sending you out like sheep in the midst of wolves: be wary and wise as serpents, and be innocent (harmless, guileless, and without falsity) as doves." Matt10:16 Amp

A leading expert on human behavior calls them BAITERS (Backstabbers, Abusers, Impostors, Takers, Exploiters, Reckless) and they are pretty easy to spot once you start to pay attention instead of naively trusting and that one a BAITER knows you are on to them, they will move on- off to find someone else they can devour.

Just because a person says they are a Christian doesn't mean they are one.

"Therefore, you will fully know them by their fruits." Matt 7:20

Prayer:
Dear Father, In Jesus Name I pray that You protect me from the BAITERS of life and that I would recognize them for what they they are and not what they say they are so that I can truly live for you
